Return & Exchange

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunatley, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  • All apparel must have its original tag attached.
  • We may have the right not to accept product replacement, if you purchased it during special offers and/or sales campaigns.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase. 
  • For sanitary purposes, swimwear are not eligiable for exchange. 
  • All exchange requests must be sent to info@minihazel.com

Refund

Our refund policy lasts 7 days. Unfortunately, if 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All apparel must have its original tag attached.
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • For sanitary purposes, swimwear are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
  • All refund requests must be sent to info@minihazel.com

Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (4-6 days).
